S88Play Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and s88play ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://s88play.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using the s88play platform in any capacity — including but not limited to placing bets, depositing funds, participating in promotions, or communicating with our support team — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or cashback awarded to Users under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum betting volume a User must complete before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances.
• "Payment Methods" refers to the deposit and withdrawal channels supported by s88play, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect.
• "Prohibited User" refers to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3 of these Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on s88play, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. s88play strictly prohibits registration by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who lack legal capacity under the laws applicable to them are not permitted to register.

4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of s88play or any of its associated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on s88play. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Upon registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. This information must be accurate and consistent with the identification documents you provide during KYC verification.

S88play reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. These documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet account)

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by s88play may result in temporary account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal privileges, or account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. S88play will never contact you to request your password. Any action taken through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.

By using s88play, you agree to access and use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of s88play or any third party
• Involves the transmission of unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious code
• Interferes with the normal operation of the platform or its associated infrastructure
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform, its servers, or its databases
• Facilitates or constitutes any form of fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing

S88play is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.5% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses arising from technical downtime, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All deposits on s88play are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods, with certain bank transfer channels requiring a minimum of RM50. Maximum deposit limits are determined by the selected payment method and may vary.

S88play currently supports the following deposit methods:

• E-Wallets (Instant): Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's real-time transfer network)

• Cryptocurrency: BTC and USDT (processing times and limits subject to network conditions)

Funds deposited via e-wallet or DuitNow are typically credited to your s88play account instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits are generally credited within 5 to 15 minutes. S88play is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may be returned at s88play's discretion. S88play reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but withdrawal functionality will remain locked until verification is complete.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. S88play reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method if the original channel is unavailable.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / DuitNow: Typically within 5–15 minutes of approval
• Boost / GrabPay: Typically within 15–30 minutes of approval
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): Subject to blockchain network confirmation times

S88play reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily extend processing times. Users will be informed if additional documentation is required.

S88play offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

The following general terms apply to all s88play bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified users aged 21 and above only.
• Each user is entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited at expiry.
• S88play reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in account termination.

All bets placed on s88play are binding once confirmed and accepted by the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types prior to confirmation.

S88play offers sports betting markets on, among others, Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, the Asia Football Confederation Cup, UFC and MMA events, basketball, badminton, and e-sports. Market availability and odds are subject to change without notice based on real-time event developments.

For live casino games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or real-time dealer operations. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect independently audited long-term statistical outcomes and do not guarantee individual session results.

S88play reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Where a manifest error in odds or pricing has occurred
• Where a market was opened or settled in error

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in any way
• Colluding with other users, casino staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of legitimate transactions through your bank or payment provider
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing s88play staff or other users in any communication channel

All content on the s88play platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of s88play or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the s88play platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, published, transmitted, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of s88play.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, sell, or commercially exploit the platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s88play, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, s88play's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

S88play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the s88play platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. In the event of any dispute between a User and s88play arising from the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
